目的探讨海绵窦海绵状血管瘤CT及MRI特征。方法回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的海绵窦海绵状血管瘤患者的CT与MRI资料。6例均行MRI平扫+增强扫描及DWI扫描,1例行MRA检查;3例并行CT平扫+增强及CTA检查。结果肿瘤发生于右侧海绵窦3例,左侧3例。5例呈葫芦样横跨海绵窦,MR T1WI呈低信号;3例见小条片状等稍高信号,T2WI呈高信号,2例见小条状低信号,MR DWI上呈等或偏低偏高信号,ADC图呈低信号,增强扫描显著填充式强化。3例行CT检查,平扫呈均匀稍高密度,CTA或MRA可见病变包绕颈内动脉血管,病变未见明显供血血管;1例T1WI、T2WI像上呈混杂信号,CT可见明显钙化,增强扫描非钙化区域呈填充式强化特征。结论海绵窦海绵状血管瘤CT及MRI平扫及增强扫描影像表现具有特征性,认识这些特征并结合DWI及血管检查,有助于正确诊断。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI features of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma. Methods The CT and MRI data of 6 cases of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. 6 cases underwent MRI scan and DWI enhanced scan, MRA examination of 1 case; 3 cases of CT scan + enhancement and CTA examination. Results The tumors occurred in the right cavernous sinus in 3 cases and in the left side in 3 cases. 5 cases showed hypointensity in MR cavernous sinus, MR T1WI showed low signal, 3 cases showed slightly higher signal in strip, T2WI showed high signal, 2 cases showed strip low signal, MR DWI was equal or low High signal, ADC showed low signal, enhanced scan significant filling enhancement. 3 cases of CT scan, the scan was uniform and slightly higher density, CTA or MRA lesions can be seen around the internal carotid artery, lesions were not obvious blood supply; 1 cases of T1WI, T2WI was mixed signal was like, CT visible calcification, enhanced Scanned non-calcified areas were filled with enhanced features. CONCLUSION CT and MRI manifestations of cavernous sinus cavernous hemangioma are characterized by the features of plain scan and enhanced scan. Recognition of these features combined with DWI and vascular examination is helpful for the correct diagnosis.
