市场集中度测定是研究高速公路产业组织的重要组成部分。本文对高速公路产业市场集中度的概念进行了界定,认为把高速公路经营者拥有的高速公路里程数或经营管理的高速公路通行交通量或通行费收入额作为反映其相对规模状况的指标更为合适,并分析绝对集中度和赫佛因德指数在测算该产业的市场集中度时能够相互补充和验证。
