DS45电涡流刹车已经通过了试验室的性能测定和热负荷试验。本文就热负荷试验的结果分析了电涡流刹车在三种不同负载情况下的发热特性和稳定温升;指出了散热性能可以通过提高冷却水排量的方法得到改善,并给出了散热计算方法;研究了在不同工作制下电涡流刹车所能吸收的最大制动功率。
The DS45 eddy current brake has passed the laboratory performance test and thermal load test. In this paper, the heat load test results of the analysis of the eddy current brake in three different load conditions of heating characteristics and steady temperature rise; pointed out that the cooling performance can be improved by improving the cooling water displacement method, and gives the heat calculation method The maximum braking power absorbed by eddy current brake under different working conditions was studied.
