大概可以肯定地这样说:甜和咸是人类的两种最常见和最喜欢的味道。这些味道的最大来源是糖和盐,然而有时,糖和盐可以使人感到厌恶,甚至有不良的影响,包括高血糖和高血压。尽管科学家们努力地发展了一些可以提供令人满意的味道,同时又能避免产生不良后果的糖和盐的代用品,但理想而又完美的取代物还没有被发现。然而在一次太平洋化学1989年度会议上提出的调味肽为这个领域的研究带来了最新的消息。
Probably to say: sweet and salty are two of humanity’s most common and favorite taste. The biggest source of these flavors is sugar and salt, however sugar and salt can sometimes make people feel sick and even have bad effects, including high blood sugar and high blood pressure. Although scientists have worked hard to develop substitutes for sugar and salt that provide satisfying taste while avoiding adverse consequences, the ideal and perfect substitute has not been discovered. However, the flavoring peptide proposed at a 1989 Pacific Ocean Conference brought the latest news to the research in this area.
