Q235钢试样在溶液中进行快速微弧渗氮;用高分辨摄像机观察了渗氮过程,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪及显微硬度计分别观察和分析了试样表面的金相组织、渗层组织变化及试样表面的硬度变化,探讨了溶液中快速微弧渗氮的机理。结果表明,在电压200 V对试样微弧渗氮40 min后,试样表面化合物层的硬度能达到400 HV左右,化合物层氮元素含量明显提高。
The Q235 steel sample was subjected to rapid micro-arc nitriding in solution. The nitriding process was observed with a high-resolution camera. The surface nitriding of the sample was observed and analyzed by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analyzer and microhardness tester Metallographic structure, the change of microstructure and the hardness of the sample surface, the mechanism of rapid micro-arc nitriding in solution was discussed. The results show that the micro-arc nitriding at 200 V for 40 min can make the hardness of the compound layer reach about 400 HV and the nitrogen content in the compound layer increases obviously.
