利用渗滤床中温、干式发酵互花米草,考察其技术可行性和产气特性;通过元素分析、XRD和FT-IR分析,考察干式发酵及石灰堆沤预处理后互花米草物化性质的变化.研究结果表明,中温、干式发酵互花米草在技术上是可行的,60d单位累积产气量为178.4 mL.g-1VS(0℃,1.01×105Pa),总TS与VS去除率分别为59.30%和60.11%;互花米草的纤维结晶体为纤维素Ⅰ型,预处理和厌氧发酵未改变纤维素的晶型,但结晶指数在预处理后降低了15.42%;由红外光谱可知,预处理使聚糖解聚与木质素结构改变;发酵主要使聚糖进一步的解聚、降解.
The technology feasibility and gas production characteristics of Spartina alterniflora were studied by means of temperature and dry fermentation in percolation bed. The effects of dry fermentation and lime pretreatment on Spartina alterniflora were studied by elemental analysis, XRD and FT-IR analysis. The results showed that medium temperature and dry fermentation of Spartina alterniflora was technically feasible. The accumulated gas production per unit of 60d was 178.4 mL.g-1VS (0 ℃, 1.01 × 105Pa). The total TS and VS The removal rates were 59.30% and 60.11%, respectively. The fiber of Spartina alterniflora was cellulose type Ⅰ. The pretreatment and anaerobic fermentation did not change the crystal form of cellulose, but the crystallization index decreased 15.42% after pretreatment. Infrared spectroscopy shows that pretreatment causes disaggregation of glycan and changes of lignin structure; and the fermentation mainly causes the polysaccharide to be further depolymerized and degraded.
