目的综合评价直播与移栽当归药材的质量,分析引起质量差异的主要原因。方法以当归药材中总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、挥发油、多糖及4种化学成分(阿魏酸、Z-藁本内酯、正丁基苯酞、正丁烯基苯酞)为指标,建立评价当归药材质量的TOPSIS模型,利用SPSS软件对各指标成分进行t检验。结果移栽当归排名靠前,质量较好,直播与移栽当归的浸出物、挥发油、阿魏酸及Z-藁本内酯的含量呈极显著差异。结论结合熵权TOPSIS法及SPSS软件,可客观、准确的评价直播与移栽当归药材的质量,对比分析当归质量差异来源,以期为直播与移栽当归质量评价提供一定理论依据。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality of direct and transplanting Angelica medicinal materials and analyze the main causes of the quality differences. Methods The total ash, acid-insoluble ash, extract, volatile oil, polysaccharides and four chemical components (ferulic acid, Z- ligustilide, n-butylphthalide, n-butenylphthalide) , To establish a TOPSIS model to evaluate the quality of Chinese angelica medicinal materials, and SPSS software was used to perform t-test on each index component. Results Transplantation Angelica top ranked, good quality, direct seeding and transplanting Angelica extract, volatile oil, ferulic acid and Z-ligustilide content was significantly different. Conclusion The TOPSIS method with entropy and SPSS software can objectively and accurately evaluate the quality of live and transplanted Angelica sinensis and compare the sources of the differences in quality of Angelica sinensis, in order to provide theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of direct seeding and transplanting Angelica sinensis.
