在实验研究获得成功的基础上,扩大应用范围。在牙体病科等8个诊疗室应用飞利浦空气清新机代替紫外线灯空气消毒,并每季度检测1次空气中细菌含量,作长期效果观察。经1年对比,发现空气清新机清除空气中细菌污染的效果高于紫外线灯,差异极显著,且空气清新机可在诊疗工作进行的同时使用,此外还有清除汞及粉尘污染的作用,很适应于在口腔科诊疗室推广,对其它医疗场所清除空气中污染也有作用。对比以前实验所用国产ZS空气清新器及飞利浦空气清新机的去污染效果,未发现明显差异。基层口腔科及牙科诊所也可用国产空气清新器来清除空气中的污染。
On the basis of successful experimental research, the scope of application was expanded. In the dental clinics and other eight clinics, Philips air cleaners were used instead of ultraviolet light air sterilization, and the bacteria content in air was measured once a quarter for long-term observation. After one year’s comparison, it was found that the effect of the air purifier on removing bacteria from the air was higher than that of the ultraviolet lamp. The difference was extremely significant, and the air purifier could be used at the same time as the diagnosis and treatment work. In addition, there was the effect of removing mercury and dust pollution. Adapted to the promotion in the dental clinic, it also has an effect on removing air pollution from other medical sites. Comparing the decontamination results of domestic ZS air fresheners and Philips air refreshers used in previous experiments, no significant differences were found. Primary dental clinics and dental clinics can also use domestic air cleaners to remove air pollution.
