【案例描述】在我任教的班级内有一位小许同学,她的学习成绩优良,工作表现较为突出,而且是学校羽毛球队的头号人物。有一次参加市级羽毛球比赛,在预赛、复赛中,小许同学都以较大比分取得了胜利,进入半决赛时却被对手打了个20。其实就现场对手的实力来看,并没有这么大的差距,只是小许在当时连输几个球后产生了急躁情绪,急着想扳回比分,结果不是动作走样,就是判断错误。第一局下来,教练在悉心指导时,小许还是心浮气躁,不认真聆听,反而一味地讲客观原因,导致最终输球的结果。为此,她一连几天都闷闷不乐。
