“人本理念”是当今十分流行的新兴词汇,其主要指的是要在以人为本的基础上实现和谐发展,尤其是在人事管理工作中更要站在对方的角度上考虑,更好的营造出和谐稳定的工作与劳动环境,积极建立科学有效的监督与管理机制,进一步保障劳动者的合法权益。因此,本文就在此基础上主要结合人本理念的发展历史与基本含义深入分析其在现代企业人事劳资管理中的本质,并以此来更好的探析推动我国企业人事劳资管理的对策与建议。
