目的:分析探讨不同护理干预对透析患者营养不良的影响。方法:选取我院78例透析患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,分析比较护理干预前及护理干预后两组患者的营养状况。结果:护理干预后,观察组的血磷含量以及钙磷乘积均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:科学有效的饮食护理干预可有效改善透析患者的营养不良等状况,值得在临床上推广及应用。
Objective: To analyze the impact of different nursing interventions on malnutrition in dialysis patients. Methods: A total of 78 dialysis patients in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The nutritional status of the two groups before and after nursing intervention was analyzed and compared. Results: After nursing intervention, the serum phosphorus content and calcium-phosphorus product in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The scientific and effective diet nursing intervention can effectively improve the malnutrition and other conditions in dialysis patients, and is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
