本文考察了炮药的侵蚀燃烧规律和它不同于低压下箭药侵蚀燃烧的特点,分析了药孔侵蚀的发展过程,提出了燃气生成速率密度Ψ_w这个综合标志量来分析引起侵蚀的原因,评述了谢列伯梁柯夫的窄孔燃烧理论。研究发现,在火炮膛压条件下,不但药粒长度与孔径之比是影响侵蚀的重要因素,而且孔径本身也有着十分重要的影响。
This paper examines the erosion and combustion laws of artillery and its different from the characteristics of erosion and combustion under low pressure, analyzes the development process of the pore erosion, and proposes the comprehensive flag rate of gas generation rate density Ψ_w to analyze the causes of erosion. The study found that under the condition of gun chamber pressure, not only the ratio of particle length to pore size is an important factor affecting erosion, but also the pore size itself has a very important influence.
