体育课的特点是学生在课堂上要进行身体的实际操练,这种操练应占课堂上的绝大部分时间,实际锻炼的时间越多,学生的锻炼效果就越好。但是学生的锻炼是在学习各项教材的活动中实现的。在整个教学过程中,为了保证学生有更多的实际锻炼时间,教师应尽量减少自己讲解与示范以及在课堂上各种组织工作的时间,做到精讲。
Physical education is characterized by students in the classroom to practice the body, this exercise should account for most of the time in the classroom, the actual exercise time, the better the students exercise effect.
