人体之所以会慢慢衰老,其罪魁祸首当属随着年龄的增长,以及外界各种不良环境和不健康的生活方式导致人体内逐渐堆积起来的自由基。为了对抗自由基对人体各器官的氧化作用,我们平时应该尽量多摄取富含维生素C、E类,胡萝卜素、多酚类、青花素以及硒、锌、铜、锰等微量元素的抗氧化食物。
