对胸腺多肽在豚鼠离体小肠中的吸收情况，以及不同助吸收剂的作用进行了研究，结果表明胸腺多肽在离体小肠段有部分吸收，平均吸收率为15．76％。分别加入了与其等剂量的助吸收剂氮酮、去氧胆酸钠、苄泽－78，能显著增加胸腺肽的吸收量，使平均吸收率分别提高到30．84％、26．98％和25．30％。
The absorption of thymus polypeptide in the isolated small intestine of guinea pigs and the effect of different absorption aids were studied. The results showed that the thymus polypeptide partially absorbed in the small intestine, with an average absorption rate of 15.76%. Respectively, and its equivalent dose of aids to absorb azone, sodium deoxycholate, benzyl -78, can significantly increase the absorption of thymosin, the average absorption rate were increased to 30.84%, 26.98% and 25 .30%.
