目的 从高山红景天 (RhodiolasachalinensisA .Bor .)根状茎中提出水溶性粗多糖RSP(Rhodiolasachalinensispolysac caride)。从粗多糖中分离出均一多糖并研究其单糖组成。方法 酸性乙醇分级 ,得RS Ⅲ (RhodiolasachalinensispolysaccarideⅢ ) ,脱蛋白 ,脱色 ,DEAE SephadexA 2 5柱层析纯化 ,得一级分RSA(RhodiolasachalinensispolysaccarideA) ,比旋光度法 ,柱层析等方法检验纯度 ,PC和GC测其单糖组成。结果 RSA为均一级分 ,单糖组成为 :Ara ,Rha ,Xyl,Glc ,Gal,GalA ,摩尔比依次为 1.0 0∶3.2 3∶0 .2 6∶0 .34∶0 .84∶10 .2 4。结论 RSA为酸性杂多糖 ,相对分子质量约为 5 0 0 0 0。
OBJECTIVE To study the water soluble polysaccharide RSP (Rhodiolasa chalinensis polysac caride) from the rhizomes of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor. A uniform polysaccharide was isolated from the crude polysaccharide and its monosaccharide composition was studied. METHODS: Acidic ethanol was fractionated to obtain RS III (Rhodiolasa chalinensis polysaccaride III ), deproteinated and decolorized, and purified by DEAE Sephadex A 25 column chromatography to obtain first-order RSA (Rhodiolasa chalinensis polysaccaride A). Specific purity was determined by spectrophotometry and column chromatography. PC and The monosaccharide composition was determined by GC. The results showed that the RSA was homogenous and the monosaccharides consisted of Ara, Rha, Xyl, Glc, Gal, and GalA in a molar ratio of 1.0 0:3.2 3:0.2.4 .34:0.84:10 .2. 4. Conclusion RSA is an acidic heteropolysaccharide with a relative molecular mass of approximately 500 000.
