目的:建立接骨丹胶囊中士的宁的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定接骨丹胶囊中马钱子的士的宁含量。以甲苯-丙酮-乙醇-浓氨试液(30∶20∶31∶)为展开剂,双波长反射法锯齿扫描,参比波长325nm,测定波长为254nm。结果:通过方法学考察,点样量在1.026～5.130μg呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为95.23%(n=6,RSD=2.44%)。结论:此测定方法简单可行,重复性好,可作为该药质量控制的参考依据。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of strychnine in Jiegudan capsule. Methods: Determination of strychnine content in Jieguandan capsule by TLC scanning. Toluene - acetone - ethanol - concentrated ammonia solution (30:20:31:) as a developing agent, dual wavelength reflection sawtooth scan, the reference wavelength of 325nm, the measured wavelength of 254nm. Results: Through the methodological study, the sample volume showed a good linear relationship between 1.026 and 5.130 μg with an average recovery of 95.23% (n = 6, RSD = 2.44%). Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used as a reference for the quality control of the drug.
