我厂生产的18Cr2Ni4WA与20Cr2Ni4A电渣钢,进行出厂检验时,在横向热酸浸试片上,曾出现类似裂纹的缺陷,这种缺陷多出现在钢锭的头部(即起弧端),有时钢锭的中部甚至尾部也有。在酸浸前对试样进行超声波探伤,并未出现缺陷伤波,证明钢材内部并没有裂纹或缝隙。这种缺陷只在热酸浸的试片上显露,在其内并未见到肉眼可见的夹杂或夹渣。对这种缺陷我们作了一系列解剖试验。一、试样及试验 1.试样截取:试验所用的酸浸试片,均取自1982年度生产的18Cr2Ni4WA及20Cr2Ni4A电渣钢材,有φ150与φ95的退火棒材两种规格。
