有调查表明,目前我国大部分的士司机都处于亚健康状态,其中,心血管疾病、胃肠疾病及颈椎病等职业病的高发病率令人咋舌,而这些疾病的发生主要是因为长期不合理的饮食习惯及缺乏运动造成的。因此,改变不良生活习惯,重视科学饮食,保持良好的身体状态,是行车安全的重要基础。
