新时期企业员工的思想状况既有积极之处,也有消极之处,企业思想政治工作需要发挥员工的积极思想,消除员工思想中的消极面,维护员工队伍思想稳定。企业员工队伍思想稳定对于员工个人和企业都具有重要的意义,能够为个人发展和企业发展提供良好的思想条件、思想环境,起到促进发展、凝聚人心、鼓励创新的良好作用。本文指出,员工队伍思想稳定的实现,既要尊重思想政治工作的一般规律,还要符合本企业的实际状况,同时还应对员工的思想状况有充分的了解。企业应充分掌握员工思想状况,培养员工的忠诚度,加强和员工的交流与沟通,追求人本发展,构建良好的企业文化。
The ideological condition of employees in the new period has both positive and negative points. Ideological and political work in enterprises needs to give full play to the positive thinking of employees, eliminate the negative aspects of employees’ thinking, and maintain the ideological and stable workforce. Ideological stability of employees in the workforce is of great significance to both individual employees and enterprises. It can provide good ideological and ideological conditions for individual development and enterprise development, and play a good role in promoting development, uniting people and encouraging innovation. This paper points out that the realization of a stable workforce should not only respect the general law of ideological and political work, but also conform to the actual conditions of the enterprise, and at the same time should have a full understanding of the ideological status of employees. Enterprises should fully grasp the ideological conditions of employees, foster employee loyalty, and enhance staff exchanges and communication, the pursuit of human development and building a good corporate culture.
