航空制造业以其独特的经济与军事双重属性,在国家经济政治生活中占有重要的战略性地位。我国航空制造业由于起步晚,在国际竞争中并没有显著的比较优势,整机制造以及飞机零部件供给基本由国外厂商垄断。天津以空客天津总装线二期合作协议签署为契机,着力打造中国北方航空城、北方航空货运中心、亚洲客机制造中心以及亚洲最大的飞机零部件供应商。本文基于布拉德与斯宾塞等人提出的战略性贸易政策理论,引入了产品差异化,通过构建双寡头博弈模型考察政府R&D补贴对我国航空制造业的作用并提出相应政策以及天津航空制造业发展的影响。
With its unique economic and military dual attributes, aviation manufacturing industry occupies an important strategic position in the country’s economic and political life. Due to the late start of the aviation manufacturing industry in our country, there is no significant comparative advantage in the international competition. The manufacturing of the complete machine and the supply of aircraft parts and components are basically monopolized by foreign manufacturers. With the signing of the second phase of the Airbus Tianjin assembly line agreement, Tianjin is striving to build China Northern Airlines City, Northern Air Cargo Center, Asia Aircraft Manufacturing Center and Asia’s largest aircraft parts supplier. Based on the strategic trade policy theory put forward by Brad and Spencer et al., This paper introduces product differentiation, investigates the effect of government R & D subsidy on China’s aviation manufacturing industry by building a duopoly game model and puts forward corresponding policies as well as Tianjin Aviation Manufacturing The impact of industry development.
