目的:了解姜黄素拮抗常用化疗药物丝裂霉素C(MMC)诱发小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核形成的作用及其剂量效应。方法:将浓度为3g/100mL的姜黄素淀粉混悬液按0.05g/kg和0.20g/kg两种剂量分别对腹注MMC的两个实验组小鼠进行灌胃,另设阳性对照组(灌服同体积淀粉悬液,腹注MMC)和阴性对照组(灌服同体积淀粉悬液);制备各组动物的骨髓涂片,计数多染红细胞的微核发生率。结果:高剂量的姜黄素混悬液能显著降低MMC诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率(P<0.01)。结论:姜黄素对MMC诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核具有一定的抑制效应,提示姜黄素对小鼠的染色体具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on micronuclei formation and erythrocyte micronucleus formation in mouse bone marrow induced by mitomycin C (MMC) and its dose effect. Methods: The two experimental groups of mice with intra-peritoneal injection of MMC (0.05g / kg and 0.20g / kg) were intragastrically administered with the curcumin starch suspension at a concentration of 3g / 100mL, respectively. CONCLUSION: Curcumin has a certain inhibitory effect on the micronuclei of mouse bone marrow cells induced by MMC, suggesting that curcumin has a protective effect on the chromosome of mice.
