自1992年首个职教集团成立以来,我国职教集团发展迅猛。随着我国职业教育集团化办学由“院校自主”上升为“政府主导”的办学行为,学术界对职教集团的理论研究方兴未艾,成果逐渐增多。但存在运作经验总结归纳多,对职教集团的内涵、性质、评价等基本理论问题涉足不深等问题。因此,澄清职教集团的概念,分析其本质及特征,科学归纳类型与发展脉络,探寻政策导向,探析评价体系与标准,有助于更好地推动职教集团的健康快速发展。
Since the establishment of the first vocational education group in 1992, the vocational education group in our country has developed rapidly. As China’s vocational education collectivization run by the “academic autonomy ” rose to “government-led ” school behavior, academic research on vocational education group in the ascendant, the results gradually increased. However, there are many lessons summarized in the operation of the experience, the vocational education group’s connotation, nature, evaluation and other basic theoretical issues involved in the problem is not deep and so on. Therefore, to clarify the concept of vocational education group, analyze its essence and characteristics, the types of scientific induction and development context, explore the policy orientation and explore the evaluation system and standards will help to promote the healthy and rapid development of VET groups.
