营销是供电企业工作的重要组成部分,对于供电企业来说,现在正在面临着农电从代管方式进行股改或上划的体制改革过程。在新形势下如何创新营销策略,提高经济效益,是当下亟须解决的问题。本文分析了供电企业在农电营销实施中可能出现的问题,指出了供电企业农电营销的思想定位,提出了新形势下供电企业农网营销的发展策略。
Marketing is an important part of the work of the power supply enterprises. For the power supply enterprises, it is now facing the process of system reform that the rural power is stock-reforming or listing from the escrow mode. Under the new situation, how to innovate marketing strategy and improve economic efficiency is the urgent problem to be solved nowadays. This paper analyzes the problems that power supply enterprises may face in the implementation of rural power marketing, points out the ideological orientation of rural power marketing for power supply enterprises, and puts forward the development strategy of rural power network marketing for power supply enterprises in the new situation.
