炎琥宁为中药提取物穿心莲内酯经结构改造后获得的一个抗菌、抗病毒新药,本文应用1D NMR和脉冲梯度场2D NMR实验技术(gCOSY,gHSQC,gHSQC-TO-COSY,gHMBC)对其结构进行了研究,并首次对其1H NMR、13C NMR谱信号进行了全归属.
Yanhu Ning is an antibacterial and antiviral drug obtained by the structural modification of andrographolide, a traditional Chinese medicine extract. This paper applied 1D NMR and pulse gradient field 2D NMR techniques (gCOSY, gHSQC, gHSQC-TO-COSY, gHMBC) to it. The structure has been studied, and the 1H NMR and 13C NMR signals have been fully assigned.
