为实现车体调簧试验台上移动平台的精准定位,以S7-200 PLC为主站,上位机与编码器为从站构建Modbus定位控制网络,重点分析网络通信故障和编码器故障,并设计故障诊断机制,加强对网络运行状态监测,提高定位控制网络的稳定可靠性。此外,对定位控制网络及故障诊断机制开展仿真验证,实验结果表明,控制网络运行可靠,故障诊断机制灵活有效,可满足移动平台定位功能要求。
In order to realize the accurate positioning of the mobile platform on the torsion spring springboard, S7-200 PLC is the main station, the host computer and the encoder are the slave positioning stations to build the Modbus positioning control network, with emphasis on the analysis of network communication faults and encoder faults. Fault diagnosis mechanism to strengthen the monitoring of network operation and improve the stability and reliability of positioning control network. In addition, the simulation and verification of the positioning control network and fault diagnosis mechanism are carried out. The experimental results show that the control network is reliable and the fault diagnosis mechanism is flexible and effective to meet the requirements of mobile platform positioning function.
