以核安全相关法规导则为基础,结合核安全导则中对安全专设系统的调试要求,分别对AP1000非能动堆芯冷却系统和非能动安全壳冷却系统主要试验项目进行适应性分析。结果表明:AP1000非能动安全专项系统的调试符合核安全法规导则的要求,但需进一步优化试验项目的设置;建议今后在核安全法规导则升版时,可考虑增加对非能动安全专设系统的调试要求以及对现场难以实施而通过试验台架或仿真模拟的试验项目的要求。
Based on the relevant laws and regulations of nuclear safety, combined with the requirements for commissioning of safety dedicated system in the nuclear safety guideline, the main test items of AP1000 passive core cooling system and passive containment cooling system were respectively analyzed. The results show that the debugging of AP1000 passive safety special system conforms to the requirements of nuclear safety regulations and rules, but the setup of pilot projects needs to be further optimized. In the future, it is suggested to increase the number of passive safety specializations System commissioning requirements and requirements for pilot projects that are difficult to implement on the site and that pass test benches or simulation simulations.
