目的:探讨内镜微波凝固治疗晚期食管癌的有效性和安全限度。方法:选择晚期食管癌病人10例,经电视内窥镜行微波凝固治疗,控制微波工作电流110~120mA,输出时间<15s,5~7d后手术切除癌肿,标本通过光镜和电镜检查。结果:经微波凝固治疗患者进食情况改善,取得满意的姑息性治疗效果。微波除对突入腔内癌瘤凝固气化外,仍对食管壁肿瘤组织产生杀伤,深度达4mm。结论:内镜微波凝固治疗晚期食管癌是安全有效的。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety limits of endoscopic microwave coagulation for advanced esophageal cancer. METHODS: Ten patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected and treated with microwave coagulation therapy via video endoscope. The microwave operating current was 110-120mA, the output time was <15s. After 5-7d, the tumor was surgically resected. The specimens were examined by light and electron microscopy. RESULTS: Patients treated with microwave coagulation improved their food intake and achieved satisfactory palliative treatment. In addition to the coagulation and gasification of tumors in the invading cavity, the microwaves still kill the esophageal wall tumors to a depth of 4 mm. Conclusion: Endoscopic microwave coagulation is safe and effective in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.
