大面积的整体地下室上方,通常布置有高度、层数相差较多的不同建筑物。对应不同的建筑物,如果其下方的基底压力相差较多,就要求采用不同的地基方案,以满足不同的承载力和差异沉降要求。本文的工程实例中,大面积地下车库上方布置有近百米的高层塔楼和50m高的板式小高层,在地下室对应的不同部位分别采用了天然地基、灌注桩基和复合桩基(CFG桩)。对于灌注桩和CFG桩,根据相关的规范方法进行了沉降量估算;同时给出了程序的协同变形计算结果。提出沉降分析时要重视相邻区域沉降观测数据的参考作用。
