The home appliance industry is one of the industries marketed in China. Through nearly two decades of development, the scale of the industry has grown from small to large, technology has grown from scratch, marketing management has gone from extensive to economical, and the quality of human resources has grown from low to high. Product quality and service level from simple to optimize, the international competitiveness of weak to strong, the export volume and foreign exchange earnings levels from less to more, objectively speaking, China’s home appliance industry has made full development. However, in reality, there are also obstacles that obviously hinder the further development of the industry: the enterprises themselves lack the core competitiveness of sustainable development; the enterprises do not form a good match and create a win-win or win-win situation
