随着中国国际化进程不断加快,中西烹饪技术交流也逐渐加深,如今,厨师不仅要看烹饪技术的高低,英语水平也成了厨师职业的竞争力之一,在这种环境下,中职烹饪专业英语教学也面临着新的改革问题。通过查阅相关资料,并结合当前中职英语的实际教学现状,在此基础上对提高中职烹饪专业英语教学的有效性策略展开详细的论述。
With the accelerating process of China’s internationalization, the exchange of Chinese and Western cooking techniques has gradually deepened. Today, chefs are not only looking at the level of cooking techniques, but also their English proficiency as one of the chefs’ professional competencies. Under such circumstances, secondary vocational schools Professional English teaching is also facing new reform issues. By referring to relevant information and combining with the current teaching situation of secondary vocational English, this paper discusses in detail the effective strategies of improving English teaching in secondary vocational cooking.
