Therefore, such a system rooted in European and American cultural awareness will inevitably encounter acclimatization in China. Constitutional culture is a complex social culture. Its consideration should be placed on the overall structure of culture. Confucian culture is just the core of China’s traditional cultural system. Understanding the Confucian culture is the key to understanding the constitutional environment of China.
