目的探讨男性不育患者与Y染色体微缺失之间的关系。方法利用15个Y染色体特异序列标签位点,以多重PCR法检测男性不育患者的Y染色体微缺失情况。结果 200例男性不育患者中共检出Y染色体微缺失7例,缺失率为3.5%。其中单纯A;;ZFc缺失2例,缺失率为1%(2/200);A;;ZFb缺失率为3例,缺失率为1.5%(3/200);单纯A;;ZFa缺失2例,缺失率为1%(2/200),尚未发现联合缺失或大片段缺失患者。精液正常者(对照组)30例未发现Y染色体微缺失。结论 Y染色体微缺失是造成男性不育的常见病因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between male infertility and Y chromosome microdeletion. Methods Fifteen Y-chromosome specific sequence tag sites were used to detect Y-chromosome microdeletion in male infertility patients by multiplex PCR. Results There were 7 cases of Y chromosome microdeletions detected in 200 cases of male infertility, the deletion rate was 3.5%. Among them, the simple deletion of ZFc occurred in 2 cases, the deletion rate was 1% (2/200); A ;; ZFb deletion rate was 3 cases, the deletion rate was 1.5% (3/200); A ;; ZFa deletion in 2 cases , The deletion rate was 1% (2/200), and no patients with combined deletion or large deletion were found. Semen normal (control group) 30 cases did not find Y chromosome microdeletions. Conclusion Y chromosome microdeletion is one of the common causes of male infertility.
