目的研究羌菖合剂对结扎右侧颈总动脉大鼠脑损伤的防治作用及对部分生理生化指标的影响。方法结扎大鼠右侧颈总动脉造成右脑供血不足 ,测定右大脑组织含水量及大鼠血液常规、血清生化指标及血液流变性。对假手术组、结扎组与羌菖合剂组进行统计学检验比较。结果对照组大鼠脑组织水分含量明显高于假手术组 (P<0.05) ,羌菖合剂组脑水分明显低于对照组 (P<0.05)。对照组大鼠部分血细胞学、血清生化指标及血液流变性有异常改变 ,羌菖合剂可对抗这些改变 ,明显改善血液流变性(P<0.05)。结论羌菖合剂对结扎大鼠右侧颈总动脉造成的脑损伤有一定防治作用 ,并可防治其造成的血液生理生化改变 ,改善血液流变性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Qiju Mixture on ligation of the right common carotid artery in rats and its effect on some physiological and biochemical indexes. Methods The left common carotid artery was ligated to cause right brain insufficiency. The right brain tissue water content, blood routine, serum biochemical parameters and hemorheology were measured. The sham operation group, the ligation group and the phlegm mixture group were statistically compared. Results The brain tissue water content in the control group was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group (P<0.05). The water content of the brain in the decoction group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were abnormal changes in some blood cytology, serum biochemical parameters, and hemorheology in the control group. The hydrazine mixture could counteract these changes and significantly improve hemorheology (P<0.05). Conclusion Sputum mixture has a preventive effect on the brain injury caused by ligation of the right common carotid artery in rats, and it can prevent and cure the changes in blood physiological and biochemical effects, and improve hemorheology.
