文章在分析我国公务员激励现状的基础上,调查研究影响当前公务员激励效果的主要因素,并提出完善公务员激励法体系的建议,以期取得改善公共部门激励现状的效果。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of civil servants ’motivation in our country, the paper investigates the main factors that affect the current civil servants’ motivation effects and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the civil servant’s motivation system so as to obtain the effect of improving the status of public sector motivation.
