目的:应用冷加压试验(CPT,内皮依赖性扩血管反应)和舌下含服硝酸甘油片0.5mg(NTG,内皮非依赖性扩血管剂)结合冠脉血流显像(CDCFI)新技术评价X综合征患者的血管内皮功能。方法:应用CDCFI分别测量13例X综合征患者(组A),15例正常组(组B)静息及CPT,舌下含服硝酸甘油片后前降支冠脉血流速度(CPV),并分别计算血流增加率(△%)。结果:CPT后两组的冠脉血流速度均有所增加,但X综合征组的冠脉血流速度增加率明显低于正常组(21%vs62.7% P<0.05),而舌下含服硝酸甘油后两组冠脉血流速度增加率无明显差异。结论:应用冠脉血流显像新技术结合冷加压及舌下含服硝酸甘油试验可有效的无创的评价X综合征的血管内皮功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of sublingual nitroglycerin (NTG, vasodilator) on coronary flow imaging (CDCFI) with cold compression test (CPT, endothelium-dependent vasodilation) and sublingual nitroglycerin Evaluation of vascular endothelial function in patients with syndrome X. Methods: CDCFI was used to measure the anterior descending coronary artery blood flow velocity (CPV) in 13 patients with syndrome X (group A) and 15 normal subjects (group B), resting and CPT sublingual nitroglycerin And calculate the rate of increase of blood flow (△%). Results: Coronary blood flow velocity was increased in both groups after CPT, but the rate of coronary blood flow increase in group X was significantly lower than that in the normal group (21% vs62.7%, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the rate of coronary blood flow increase between the two groups after oral administration of nitroglycerin. Conclusion: The new technique of coronary flow imaging combined with cold compression and sublingual nitroglycerin test can effectively evaluate the endothelial function of syndrome X noninvasively.
