HELLP syndrome (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and lowplatelets syndrome, HELLP syndrome) is a serious complication of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and thrombocytopenia are frequently characterized as life threatening mother and child [1]. Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS), proposed by Hinchey in 1996, is a clinical imaging disease. In the imaging studies mainly show the posterior cerebral cortex (especially the parietal area) and subcortical edema. RPLS can occur in hypertensive encephalopathy, eclampsia, hypertension associated with renal insufficiency and immunosuppressive agents or antineoplastic agents
