针对JL-5型民用航空螺旋桨,制定了桨叶应力测量试验方案并开展了试验。通过对试验数据进行总结与分析,得到了该型螺旋桨桨叶的应力分布特点和应力随转速变化的关系。结果表明:两桨叶应力分布呈对称性;桨叶应力最大值小于其对应的设计值,且未超过材料的弹性极限,符合设计要求。该试验的完成为螺旋桨应力测量相关研究提供了重要依据,对建立完善的旋转件应力测量试验方案和测量方法有一定参考价值。
For the JL-5 civil aviation propeller, the blade stress measurement test program was developed and tested. Through the summary and analysis of the experimental data, the stress distribution characteristics and the relationship between the stress and the rotation speed of the propeller blade are obtained. The results show that the stress distribution of the two blades is symmetrical. The maximum value of blade stress is less than its corresponding design value and does not exceed the elastic limit of the material, which meets the design requirements. The completion of the experiment provides an important basis for the related research on the stress measurement of propeller, and has certain reference value for the establishment of a complete test program and measurement method of stress measurement of rotating parts.
