目的 观察豚鼠一侧迷路切除(unilateral labyrinthectomy,UL)后旋转后眼震的自然恢复及金纳多对(ginaton)其恢复的影响。方法 切除豚鼠左侧迷路,以其自然恢复和金纳多给药两种结果,观察旋转后眼震在不同时间恢复的差别。结果 金纳多能明显促进一侧迷路切除后旋转后眼震恢复正常并能改善两侧前庭的均衡性。一侧迷路切除后旋转后眼震频率明显下降,单纯手术组(UL组)术后眼震频率90天才恢复正常;手术+金纳多组(UL+G组)21天眼震频率与正常已无显著差别。两侧优势偏向(directional preponderance,DP)比较显示,UL组7~50天结果异常;而UL+G组自第7天起DP都在正常范围。参照旋转后眼震频率恢复情况,两侧均衡性的恢复比眼震频率恢复快。结论 金纳多能够促进动态症状的代偿,且两侧均衡性的恢复比眼震频率恢复快。
Objective To observe the natural recovery of nystagmus and the effect of ginaton on gonaton recovery after unilateral labyrinthectomy (UL) in guinea pigs. Methods The left vagus was excised from guinea pigs and the natural recovery and Ginaton administration were used to observe the changes of nystagmus recovered at different time after rotation. Results Ginaton could obviously promote the nystagmus returned to normal after revolving on one side and improve the balance of vestibular on both sides. The nystagmus frequency was significantly decreased after rotation on the one side, and the nystagmus frequency returned to normal after 90 days of operation in the surgery group (UL group). There was no significant difference in the nystagmus frequency between the surgery + Ginaton group (21 cases) and the normal group . The comparison of both sides of the directional preponderance (DP) showed that the results of UL were abnormal in 7th to 50th days in UL group and DP in UL + G group from the 7th day. With reference to the recovery of nystagmus frequency after rotation, the recovery of balance on both sides is faster than that of nystagmus. Conclusions Ginaton can promote the compensation of dynamic symptoms, and the balance recovery on both sides is faster than that of nystagmus.
