一、适应四化建设需要,把传统会计工作的重点转移到责任会计的轨道上来市场需求是企业营销的出发点,对外经贸企业面临着国内外两个市场。由于市场瞬息万变,竞争很激烈,企业外部环境不可控的因素比较复杂,也难以掌握。企业要想提高经济效益,取得竞争的胜利,除了做好外部总体环境的调研外,还必须科学地搞好企业内部管理,即协调企业各职能部门和各类人员的关系,使其统一在企业总体战略目标下,通过决策、控制、执行、调节的职能,实现企业营销管理目标,在这过程中会计工作是个关键。
