血源性腱鞘结核较为罕见,本文报告我院3例并结合国内文献报告的19例进行分析讨论。1 3例报告我院于1986～1993年1月收治3例,男2例,女1例,年龄43～73岁。右腕2例,左腕1例。均表现为腕部肿胀,屈伸功能受限,压痛,手指麻木。1例窦道形成,流淡黄色液体,间有干酪样物。X线示:腕掌骨呈葱皮样改变。1例血沉稍快,2例正常。均予病灶消除术,局部撒链霉素粉,术后抗痨治疗,随访2年无复发。病理报告均为腱鞘结核。本组 Blood-derived tendon sheath tuberculosis is relatively rare, this report reported in our hospital in 3 cases and 19 cases reported in the domestic literature for analysis and discussion. 1 3 cases reported in our hospital from January 1986 to January 1993 were treated in 3 cases, 2 males and 1 female, aged 43 to 73 years.
