采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测心钠素(ANP)在正常豚鼠耳蜗外壁的分布。结果表明,在耳蜗1~4回蜗管外壁的血管纹、螺旋凸、外沟细胞及前庭阶和中间断外壁的螺旋韧带均发现有ANP反应(ANP-IR)阳性产物,即有ANP存在;而鼓阶外壁的螺旋韧带ANP-IR为阴性,即无ANP存在。提示耳蜗蜗管外壁ANP对内耳淋巴液的生成可能起着重要的作用;虽然螺旋韧带组织结构相同,但由于ANP的分布不问,其生理功能则各异。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the distribution of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) on the outer wall of cochlea in normal guinea pigs. The results showed that ANP-IR positive products, ANP existed, were found in the stria vascularis on the outer wall of 1 ~ 4 cochlea of cochlea, spiral convex, outer groove cells and the spiral ligaments of vestibular wall and mid- The wall of the outer wall of the spiral ligament ANP-IR was negative, that is, there is no ANP. Suggesting that ANP on the outer wall of the cochlear wall may play an important role in the formation of lymphatic fluid in the inner ear. Although the structure of the spiral ligament is the same, its physiological functions are different due to the distribution of ANP.
