Rural transport plays an important role in promoting the production and circulation of commodities and the economic vitality of urban and rural areas. The vast rural areas in our country, the various departments of the national economy and the people’s livelihood in cities and towns all make countless connections with the rural areas through various channels. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, with the reform of the rural economic system and the development of rural economy, the production of rural sideline and auxiliary industries has been gradually expanded, and the volume of rural transportation has been increasing year by year. According to the survey, China’s rural transport labor accounts for about 40 to 50% of the total agricultural production labor, mountain
