当前,我国经济发展进入新常态,经济发展的步伐有所放缓,煤矿企业在此进程中迎来了许多发展机遇,同时也面临着一些现实的困难,亟需转变“粗放式”的管理模式,切实提升人力资源管理水平,以确保在激烈市场竞争中构建实现企业核心竞争力的提升。对此,本文围绕煤矿企业人力资源的优化路径展开分析,以期为煤矿企业整体管理改革与创新发展提供有益参考。
At present, the economic development of our country has entered a new normal and the pace of economic development has slowed down. Coal mining enterprises have ushered in many opportunities for development in this process. At the same time, they have faced some real difficulties and are in urgent need of transforming their “extensive” Management mode to effectively improve the level of human resources management to ensure that in the fierce competition in the market to build the core competitiveness of enterprises to enhance. In this regard, this article focuses on the optimization of human resources in coal mining enterprises in order to provide a useful reference for the overall management reform and innovation development of coal mines.
