考虑到煤矿企业的特殊工作环境,员工培训是企业管理的重要内容之一。做好员工培训工作,提高培训工作质量,成为煤矿企业管理的首要工作任务。通过开展全面有效的岗位培训,满足了实际工作需要,促进了企业发展,对提高工作质量具有重要的现实意义。出于提高煤矿企业培训质量的目的,我们应立足煤矿企业培训现状,积极探索和创新符合煤矿企业需要的培训新模式,提高培训的实效性,促进煤矿企业的快速健康发展。
Taking into account the special work environment of coal mining enterprises, staff training is one of the important contents of enterprise management.
