目的研究湖北巴戟天的Damnacanthus officinarum Huang(DOH)根的95%乙醇提取物中的成分。方法对湖北巴戟天根的95%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,萃取物经硅胶、高效液相色谱法等现代分离方法进行了分离纯化,利用现代波谱学方法对其结构进行了鉴定。结果从湖北巴戟天中分离得到9个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、二十四烷酸(Ⅱ)、1-羟基-2-羟甲基蒽醌(Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、茜素二甲醚(Ⅴ)、百眼藤A(Ⅵ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)、2-羟基-l-甲氧基蒽醌(Ⅷ)、2,5-二羟基-1-甲氧基-蒽醌(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ为首次从湖北巴戟天植物中发现,也是首次从虎刺属植物中得到。
Aim To study the composition of 95% ethanol extract of Damnacanthus officinarum Huang (DOH) roots of Morinda officinalis. Methods 95% ethanolic extracts of Radix Morinda officinalis from Hubei were extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The extracts were separated and purified by modern separation methods such as silica gel and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Its structure was identified. Results Nine compounds were isolated from Morinda officinalis L., which were β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), lignoceric acid (Ⅱ), 1-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethylanthraquinone (Ⅳ), alizarin (Ⅴ), Atropurpurea A (Ⅵ), β-daucosterol (Ⅶ), 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone 5-Dihydroxy-1-methoxy-anthraquinone (IX). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅸ were found from Morinda officinalis plants in Hubei for the first time and were also obtained for the first time from genus.
