目的探讨加强药学管理对提高全程化药学服务质量的作用及意义。方法随机抽取2012年5月-2014年5月我院未加强药学管理措施前开具的处方300张,同时选择2014年6月-2015年6月加强药学管理措施后开具的处方300张。通过处方点评,对比加强药学管理措施前后药房及全程化药学服务质量变化。结果加强药学管理后处方用药不合理发生率为10.3%,明显低于加强前的44.7%(P<0.05);药学管理加强后药房及全程化药学服务质量评分明显优于药学管理加强前(P<0.05)。结论加强药学管理可显著提升提高药学服务水平,降低处方用药不合理发生率,提高全程化药学服务质量,值得借鉴与推广。
Objective To explore the role and significance of strengthening pharmacy management in improving the quality of full-service pharmacy services. Methods A total of 300 prescriptions issued before strengthening pharmacy management measures in May 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected and 300 prescriptions were issued after strengthening pharmacy management measures from June 2014 to June 2015. Through prescription reviews, pharmacy and full-service pharmacy service quality changes were compared before and after strengthening pharmacy management measures. Results The unreasonable post-prescription medication rate was 10.3%, significantly lower than that of 44.7% (P <0.05) before and after the administration of pharmacy. The pharmacy service quality score of pharmacy and full-time pharmacy was significantly better than that of the former <0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the management of pharmacy can significantly improve the level of pharmacy services, reduce the incidence of unreasonable prescriptions, and improve the quality of full-service pharmacy. It is worth learning from and popularizing.
