本文在对湖北省农村中小学教师专业发展进行问卷抽样调查的基础上,分析农村教师专业发展的现状,探讨农村中小学教师面向信息化专业发展的策略。
Based on the questionnaire survey of teachers ’professional development in rural primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural teachers’ professional development and discusses the strategies for rural primary and secondary school teachers facing the development of informatization specialty.
