针对耐高温压力脉冲试验中实际最小压力值无法达到0表压的问题,在深入研究液体压力脉冲形成和控制原理的基础上,采用工控机和PCI板卡控制,以VB为编程环境,研究设计了一种新型的高性能压力脉冲试验台。经试验证明,本试验台在实际使用工况下卸载压力值可达到0,这不仅提高了耐高温压力脉冲实验的可靠性,同时也进一步保证了产品的测试效果及合格度。
Aiming at the problem that the actual minimum pressure can not reach zero gauge pressure in high temperature resistant pressure pulse test, based on the study of formation and control principle of hydraulic pressure pulse, using IPC and PCI board control, taking VB as programming environment, A new type of high-performance pressure pulse test stand. The test proves that the unloading pressure value of this test bench can reach 0 under the actual working condition, which not only improves the reliability of the high temperature pressure pulse experiment, but also further ensures the test effect and conformity of the product.
