目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达意义。方法对获取的77例PTC患者(实验组)和20例结节性甲状腺肿患者(对照组)的组织标本采用免疫组织化学方法检测HIF-1α、VEGF蛋白的表达,结合临床病理特点进行统计学分析。结果实验组HIF-1α和VEGF阳性表达率分别为67.53%和74.03%,显著高于对照组的15.00%和25.00%(P<0.05)。HIF-1α和VEGF表达与患者年龄、病灶数量、病灶大小均无关(P>0.05)。在有中央区淋巴结转移的PTC标本的HIF-1α和VEGF阳性率分别为82.76%和89.66%,高于无中央区淋巴结转移的58.33%和64.58%(P<0.05)。HIF-1α阳性率和VEGF阳性率均与临床分期有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α和VEGF在PTC中的表达明显上调,并与淋巴转移和临床分期有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC). Methods The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF protein in 77 patients with PTC (experimental group) and 20 patients with nodular goiter (control group) were detected by immunohistochemical method and analyzed with clinicopathological characteristics analysis. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in experimental group were 67.53% and 74.03%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (15.00% and 25.00%, P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF had no correlation with age, number of lesions and size of lesions (P> 0.05). The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF in PTC specimens with central lymph node metastasis were 82.76% and 89.66%, respectively, which were higher than those without central lymph node metastasis (58.33% and 64.58%, P <0.05). The positive rate of HIF-1α and the positive rate of VEGF were related to clinical stage, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in PTC is significantly up-regulated, and is related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.
